I ORDERED FROM THE PRE-SALE. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our pre-sale orders will ship on the launch date, January 24th, 2020. You will receive an email confirmation to the email address entered on your order on 1/24.

Please note that pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.

Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase date. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.

I ORDERED INTERNATIONALLY. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our estimated arrival time for international delivery is approximately 3-5 business days for DHL Express and 10-18 business days for USPS international, but this may vary depending on customs policies for your country. Free Shipping discount codes do not apply to International orders.

ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.

WE ARE NOT HELD LIABLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY, HOLDING TIMES OR INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED. ALLOW 48 HOURS OF PROCESSING YOUR ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND/OR CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT.

MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO?

CHACHABUSACA.COM is not reliable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped – we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are nonrefundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded. Please contact customer service and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.

I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE! WHAT DO I DO?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your item(s) by reaching out to us within 4 days of when your order was received. You must obtain an exchange authorization from us before proceeding. To do this, please fill out this form with your order number included. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 6 days.

If you wish to exchange your order within the US and meet the guidelines listed, we will provide a pre-paid return label for you.

International exchanges are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages – please send using a tracked shipping method.

Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed.

For hygienic reasons, all bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your exchange does not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 4 days of delivery.

 

I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE! WHAT DO I DO?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) by reaching out to us within 4 days of when your order was received. You must obtain an exchange authorization from us before proceeding. To do this, please fill out this form with your order number included. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 6 days.

Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed.

We charge a $2.00 re-stocking fee for returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages – please send using a tracked shipping method. If you wish to exchange an item, we will provide you with a complimentary return shipping label (for domestic orders only).

For hygienic reasons, bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your returns do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse refund.
